After not exercising for 20 years I was dubious as to whether this would work for me and more than a little nervous when I attended the taster session. I needn’t have been. Steve, Emma and Danni all put me at ease even when I was really struggling. And there is a fantastic comradely between the group. The other ladies will encourage you to push yourself further than you ever thought possible. I would recommend TFW to any lady who wants to get fit and feel better about themselves.
Have loved the 8 week course was a fab way to be introduced to the way they work and the variety of classes available! Also to build friendships with other beginners... you don’t go it alone!!! Then after the 8 weeks you get to meet the extended warriors! Fab trainers who are very approachable and give you some great advise and as for the “end of sessions story” truly inspirational and sends you away thinking with a totally different view... they help/make you believe in yourself! Truly fab.... I love TFW! ❤️
